To Lush is old slang for "to drink" and is the name of our series of small batch specials. This is No.10 - hazy soft and tropical with notes of grapes. We've used YCH 303 trial hops - a co-pelleted cryo hop and phantasm pellet. Phantasm is derived from grape skins and combined with thiol releasing yeast enhances fruity aromas and flavours.
