BEAK X UCHU COSM IPA Last month, we were delighted to host Masahiro Kusunose here at Beak. As co-founder of Uchu Brewing in Japan, Masa is creating some of the best hop-forward beer in the world right now, along with some outlandishly catchy pop music. The result of our collaboration is COSM, a super hazy India Pale Ale brewed with copious amounts of Strata CGX, Idaho 7, Nelson and Citra, with additions during whirlpool, hop dip and mid-fermentation.
