We wanted to bring wild and free flavors to
non-alcoholic beers, thus a series of non-alcoholic
sour beers was born. Raspberry sour brings a
refreshing raspberry flavor to the lips, a
classic seasoning in sour beers. This is our version
of the proven combo. Easy and refreshing, but
absolutely not boring!

Reippaat, pääosin pienikuplaiset vaahdot kätkevät alleen happaman vadelmaisen tuoksun ja makumaailman. Vadelma on klassinen hapanoluiden mauste ja toimii tässäkin holittomassa (0,5%) raspberry sour ale -oluessa. Mukana myös ripaus suolaa. Raikas ja mukavan makuisa. Kuin joisi hyvää marjamehua.

Happy SOUR BEER DAY 2025! Celebrated on 20 September every year. Cheers, fellow Pinters! 🍻
I currently have only one Sour Ale available, and it's non-alcoholic. Hence, here's my toast!
The beer looks misty, bright maroon. The carbonation is lazy and fails to create anything else than a half-a-finger cotton head. The foamy layer melts fast to a thin lace ring on the surface.
The scent is powerful with loads of fresh raspberries. Wow! Very juicy. A faint lactic acidic wisp hovers in the background.
The taste is sour and relatively strongly acidic. Raspberry is reasonably ample but less than what the fragrance offered. And interestingly salty. Redcurrant tries to join the show, as well. The basement is wheaty as expected.
The body is light but not thin. Super! The end is otherwise identical to the previous gustatory encounter but the sourness deepens even further. Saltiness prevails also in the tail.
The mouthfeel is light, juicy, tart, acidic and puckering. Even somewhat intense. Summery, big time! Surprisingly successful for a non-alc.
