Nice tasted ale flavours with hints of floral

Yeastie Boys’ Dark Matter is a distinctive black ale that masterfully blends the rich, roasted qualities of a porter with the aromatic elegance of Earl Grey tea. This 5% ABV brew is a creative fusion of two of the brewery’s flagship beers: the hoppy porter “Pot Kettle Black” and the Earl Grey-infused IPA “Gunnamatta. Appearance is like that of crude oil with an almost chocolatey taste, would not recommend to avid light beer drinkers and may surprise most dark ale enthusiasts.

It pours black with a frothy, cream coloured head. Aroma is of roasted malts. Flavour has roasted malts, with floral hints.
