We cranked this batch up a bit, using this legit lot of Nelson Bliss, which is this fun project from @freestylehops where they harvest 1/2 of the lot early and 1/2 of the lot late and then blend it together to try create the best Nelson possible. So yeah, we used that! Along with a bunch of Nelson Cryo, and double dry hopped too, in order to try to create our own best Nelson character possible! Tasting notes?
