The beer looks black but is actually very deep dark brown with an oxblood hue. A fawn moussy head grows three fingers tall. The foamy crown shrinks gradually to a thin moldy lacing. Bitter coffee and roasted malt are the first components to enter my olfactory field. Roasty coffeeish overall. Is there anything else here? Strong bitter coffee on the tongue, a tad burned, too. The malt receives an ample roasted layer and as if a smoky vibe. A whisper of blackcurrant twig join the simple concoction right thereafter. The body is light. The finish carries over the earlier flavors up to the end. A fairly long duration. The sensation on the tastebuds is light, roasty, faintly burned, marginally smoky and husky. A decent style delegate.

Kahvisen paahteinen, kevyehkö. Olisi voinut olla enemmänkin vääntöä.
