Green hopped beers use freshly picked hops which add a completely different flavour profile to standard hops, which have been dried for year long use. So just like cooking with fresh herbs instead of dried herbs, expect a brighter, greener flavour. Not only are we using fresh hops supplied by our longest standing supplier and good friends at Charles Faram Hops, but also hops from the local area, be that growing here at the brewery, from local gardeners and allotment holders, and wild hops from the hedgerow. This makes it a really exciting beer, as we don't know what each hop will contribute until we drink it!
