Good old-fashioned bitter. Malty aroma and taste with a subtle caramel sweetness to finish. Slight bitter aftertaste but enjoyable. A well-balanced drink that is smooth and easy to drink. It is a good session ale.

It pours deep amber, almost reddish brown in colour with a cream coloured head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is malty with a bitter finish. A good, traditional beer.
