It pours purple in colour, cloudy, with a thin, cream coloured head. Aroma is mostly of banana. Flavour is of banana and maple, with a slightly tart fruitiness from the Blueberries. Just slightly sour, which is a good thing.

Every time I have a beer that is flavoured with maple syrup, the syrup is so overpowering you don’t get anything else. On the first sip this is no different. But as you keep drinking the banana really starts to come through. And then the sour berry finish. It’s sweet, indulgent and quite strange for a sour but really good
