Barley is malted then dried over beach wood logs. It's then brewed with Bavarian hops in the Märzen ((Oktoberfestbier) style. It's a dark, bottom fermented beer with an intense smokey flavour and aroma.

Das ist was ganz spezielles, krass rauchig. Nicht meins. Sehr würzig und schwer, und eben krass rauchig.
