An iconic IPA with aromatic hops, toasted cereal notes and hints of smoke and spice kindle, enhanced by fragrant fruity characters and an intricate top note of freshly baked bread. The workings of the dual yeast works up a sharp sparkle, creating a full luxurious mouth feel that combines with warming hints of alcoholic liqueur and an ever so subtle peppery character, to create an exquisite bittersweet finish.

Slight malt notes with a pine undertone. A little carbonated. A sharper version of the classic.

A tasty IPA but not like a lot else: there’s a prominent dark toffee maltiness floating over the hops. It’s sort of old-fashioned and intriguing. Robust, classic, delicious beer.

I was pleasantly surprised by this beer to say the least. Considering its worthy, its a very tasty beer.
