Ulkonäkö, selkeästi tummempi kuin moni muu vehnäolut, olut on samea ja siinä on tyypillinen paksu ja runsas vehnäoluen vaahto.
Aromi, myös tuoksu on tyypillinen vehnäoluelle, esiin tulee banaania ja hieman makeutta, tuoksu ei ole voimakas.
Maku, täyteläinen, hiivainen, makeahko, banaaninen, tässä on jokin erikoinen sivumaku jota en ole aiemmin vehnäoluessa tavannut, se kuivattaa jälkimakua ja jättää pientä karvautta jälkimakuun, erilainen mutta hyvin toimiva vehnäolut. Tämä on tosi hyvä, samaa luokkaa Weheinstephanerin ja Franziskanerin kanssa, joku voisi sanoa että jopa parempi koska reseptissä on selkeästi jotain omaperäisyyttä.

Great flower…lovely fruity scent…but the taste. This is super, super watery. Has almost no taste att all. Super disapointed. Hefe is normally so much richer in taste.
