Sissy Bulldog is a beer brewed in the style of an English Bitter. It has a nice hop character but is not overwhelmingly bitter. East Kent Golding hops give this beer its signature flavor and aroma as well as the use of Maris Otter Malt that lends a bready malt character that only Maris Otter can provide.
