Carling
4.0% Pale Lager
Carling, Britain's best selling lager for over three decades, is made from 100% British Barley to ensure we provide great taste every sip of the way. In the mid 1900s our team of British brewers discovered a way of bringing together the involving flavour of ale with the pleasurable refreshment of continental lager. In doing so, they produced an all round beer enjoyed by everyone. The process became known as complete brewing. It’s the unique combination of flavour and refreshment that makes Carling the complete beer, best enjoyed as part of a round with your mates.

As cheap supermarket lager goes Carling is still one of the better brands (in my opinion). It's still brewed in Burton on Trent with British barley & contains wheat & glucose syrup which gives a slight honey like quality which gets missed when drank too cold, just a half hour in the fridge, happy days.
