Köstritzer Black Lager is a characterful, smooth, full-bodied dark lager. It’s much more complex than a standard lager, with subtle tones of malt and chocolate. Interesting and unique, it’s brewed at one of Germany’s oldest breweries in Bad Köstritz, which dates back to 1543.

Cerveza alemana tipo stout de fermentación baja. De una cervecería muy antigua (1543) y q solo por historia vale la pena probarla. Su color un negro profundo con una espuma firme q le da ese toque elegante. En nariz es rica muy aromática frutos secos, chocolates y cereales tostados. En boca es muy suave cambiando toda la perspectiva q tenías de inicio. Ligera en boca fresca y de un amargor bajo. Esto hace q sea una cerveza diferente a las stout tradicionales. Al final una nota a café notas dulces. Temperatura de servicio 10-13 grados. Para acompañar con postres de chocolate y bombones algo amargo para equilibrar. O también con cortes fuertes hamburguesas ahumadas. Me gustó 😎 buena buena buena.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder das oft als schwarzes Pils charakterisierte Köstritzer Schwarzbier. Und dieser Charakterisierung stimme ich ohne weiteres zu.
Es bietet eine ausgewogene Mischung aus Schokonoten, Röstigkeit und Hopfenbittere ohne irgendeine eindeutige Präferenz.
Auf eine oft bei Schwarzbieren vorhandene Säure wartet man hier vergebens, gut so.
