Kein Schaum, Farbe ambree, Geruch nach Apfelmost. Apfelmost auch im Antrunk, etwas Karamell, ziemlich mild, kaum frisch, kaum rezent, wenig Kohlensäure. Im Haupttrunk wird es indifferent, mehr Säure als Bittere. Gibt bessere Biere von Ratz, viel bessere.
