Seaforth

A British hopped IPA. Copper colour with a nose of fruits and berries, gentle maltiness in the mouth and a wonderful citrus, lemon pith bitterness.

Jazz night with the misses. Slipped down a treat. Lovely full IPA with a subtle hoppy hint. Just had one, nothing silly. Would recommend.

I have not yet met a Thornbridge beer I did not enjoy. They are one of my favourite Brewers. Seaforth is an English IPA where the sweet caramel malt is beautifully balanced with subtly bitter tropical fruit, citrus and floral hops. This is the type of quaffable IPA I like where the hops do not overwhelm the malt. I drank it on cask at brilliant pub in Crystal Palace called Westow House.
