Conflux is our interpretation of the modern American pale ale, a juicy and citrusy beer with a soft mouthfeel. We only add hops right at the end of the process- a blend of German Hallertau Blanc & Ekaunot from the US- keeping bitterness low while infusing as much flavour and aroma as possible.
