American IPA. Beginning with super soft water it's grist is over 60% Oat and Wheat malt layered onto biscuity and complex British Floor Malted Pale. Whirlpool hopped with Oregon Cascades, fermented on English ale yeast and finally double dry-hopped with Eukanot and brand new BRU-1.

Ipaa jakoon taas. Tuoksussa on reilusti greippiä, mutta makeampaa kulmaa melonisesti. Maku on reilusti greippinen alkuun,makeaa ja kypsää. Myös on makeaa yleistrooppisuutta,melonia ainakin. Kuivaavaa katkeroa loppua kohti. Oikein laadukas ipa. Hyvä panimo.

Medium full, medium dry body. A bit bland feel to it, yet fruity with a slight hint of resin. Aftertaste contains downtoned grapefruit with the same level bitters. A bit daft feel to it. Slight lemon rises after a while. I'm having mixed feelings about this. There are good elements present, yet somehow the overall combination just doesn't hit right.
