Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors

Bière blonde, dorée, plutôt limpide, mousse blanche persistante.
Elle a de légers arômes floraux et de céréales... Pour l'ipa, seule l'amertume sauve la mise. Petite rondeur.

Bière blonde IPA 7%. Brasserie Ballast Point Brewing USA. Couleur jaune légèrement orangée, mousse blanche fine. Odeur fruits jaunes et exotiques. Goût peu sucré voir sèche avec une bonne amertume mais pas trop parfumé. Fait l'affaire mais sans plus...

J'ai eu un petit souci avec l'application, je n'ai pas pu noter pendant un moment donc j'ai oublié les parfums et les qualités de certaines bières dont celle-ci.
Si je me souviens bien, j'avais apprécié sa fraîcheur et son amertume légère

Full and dry body. Fruity, yet pleasantly bitter from the start which makes this dry despite of fruityness.
Dry, bitter aftertaste. Downtoned grapefruit and apricot with a subtle hint of orange peel. Interestingly none of these is dominating, instead the flavors melt into one combination.
