A surprisingly hoppy stout - the main reason I liked the beer. It still has some of the stout characteristics - pours dark with a malty flavor.

It's not really a stout -- not because of the extra hops, but because of the absence of maltiness. More like a dark-looking English ale.

Dark, complex and rather drinkable - which from someone who rarely likes a Stout is saying something!
