Das erste Frühlingsfeierabendbier, auf der heimischen Terrasse genossen: Andechser Spezial Hell. So speziell kommt es mir nicht vor. Sehr blank und hell, Schaum zerfällt in Windeseile. Antrunk arg süß, etwas fruchtig, insgesamt ziemlich zurückhaltend, einigermaßen süffig. Die fast 6% Alkohol verstecken sich gekonnt. Wie praktisch alle Hellen nur mäßig gehopft. Nachtrunk säuerlich. Ich bin immer noch auf der Suche nach einem Hellen, das mir richtig gut gefällt.
