Brewed in collaboration with Cloudwater Brewery. Big, hazy DIPA with lots of wheat and oats in the grist, fermented with a mixture of White Labs, London Fog and Lallemand New England Yeasts. Whirlpooled with plenty of Eukanot and Citra and dry hopped with Mosaic, Vic Secret and Mosaic.

Some serious juice. Big hoppy fruit flavours, backed up with a bitter aftertaste. Smooth and silky.

Really excellent stuff here! Sweet hoppy aromas, consistency like a good soup! Lovely smooth mouth feel, sweet hoppy flavour with pine overtones bringing a bitter end.
