Rich amber coloured beer with hints of caramel, malt and a complex fruity hop aroma developing a bitter finish and balancing the well-rounded 'malty mouthfeel'.

Decent beer. Nice bitter finish. Very appreciable head retention. Quite malty. Moderately heavy-bodied. Makes for easy drinking but feel as though better beers will almost always be available.

A fantastic bitter and a pleasant surprise! Deep copper in colour, with strong caramel overtones. The taste is deliciously pleasant, with hints of malt and toffee. The finish is wonderfully bitter and tangy. One of the best cask ales I’ve tried in a long time.

Lovely amber colour, creamy head with thin lacing. A traditional bitter with good caramel notes. Easy drinking and sessionable. Clean finish. Moreish

A really nice malty beer. Made even better by the £1.29 price tag! Thanks Mr. Aldi!
