I’m back at The Sally on a Friday night. What could be better. Much nonsense has been discussed. I’ve probably had too many of these - but each one is a winner. The beer is brewed with oak smoked wood chips to disguise the alcohol content. The Amarillo hops end up being mellow, layered and buttery with billows of smoke floating through. Winner.
