
Brewed in collaboration with Simply Hops. For this DIPA we settled on a simple malt bill of pale malt and flaked oats, then used a blend of El Dorado, Ella, Hallertau Comet and Bru-1 hops in the whirlpool and over multiple dry-hop additions. Fermented with the new Lallemand New England yeast strain that brings peach esters to meld with ripe tropical hop aromas.
