Pfaff
5.0% Belgian Ale
In a world where a naked nun is carried around by a giant mouse, the idea of a US Pale Ale fermented with Belgian yeast seems normal. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc.

Interesting beer. Quite dry with subtle hints of grapefruit. A hoppy pale ale that’s distinctively Belgian thanks to the yeast and a wheatiness that’s subtle but evident.
