Cotswold Brew Co is one of the oldest lager microbreweries in the UK and the first, unsurprisingly, in the Cotswolds. I was born out of our brewer’s love for big tasting American keg IPAs. I have full-on citrus hop flavours but don’t be too worried – my bitterness is counter-balanced by big sugars & a smooth finish.
