Makea mikä ei yllätä alkoholittoman oluen kohdalla. Tuoksua suhteellisen hyvin ja makukin pikkuhiljaa nousee, mutta makeus on tosiaan auttamattomasti kehissä. Witbierin maun tunnistaa hyvin.
