Misty River
4.2% Pale Ale - English
Light, hoppy pale ale. Brewed with wheat and barley, this naturally cloudy beer is seriously refreshing. Bursting with citrus fruits and exotic hops, crisp and easy drinking with a clean hoppy finish.

Flight 4/4. My understanding is that this is THE beer with which this brewpub's story started alongside with the previous King's Parade. More or less. The beer colors semiclear, yellow. The same foam behavior is repeated here as with beers #1 and #2. Dry grass, straw and lemon peel travel to my olfactory organ. Not sure if water cracker is also there, the package is, generally speaking, so lackluster that it reveals very little. The tastebuds get lemon zest, lemon pith, pineapple, orange peel, fresh apricot, distant pale malt and a sigh of carambola. Fruitier than I anticipate, which makes it quaffable. The body is light minus. The finish is citrusy, even marginally sweet, very easy and, therefore, gulpable in volumes. The mouthfeel is thin to light, a bit crisp, slightly tropical, juicy as well, quite characterless but highly quaffable.

Kevyesti humaloitu real (pale) ale. Maussa hedelmäisyyttä ja jälkimaku aavistuksen kuivan puoleinen.

Local brew. Struggling to say much about it. A bit nondescript and I am hoping for something a bit better next.

This is a light hoppy pale ale with a lasting dry finish and fruit in the aftertaste
