It's another cloudy day at the Krombacher brewery.
It's almost rusty in colour and a bit murky.
It smells yeasty. Really yeasty, like dough or a well established infection.
It's meaty and tangy, quite fizzy but not wholly unpleasant.
There is a robustness to the flavour. Again, there are no surprises with this.
It's upfront, unpretentious, with nothing hidden.
It's basically a serial flasher with a long standing thrush infection.
And like a thrush infection, I reckon one's enough for the time being.
Not horrible, but not something I will be hurrying back to.
