I honestly thought I had this beer before but I was wrong. Pours a glorious golden yellow, with lots of lively carbonation and one finger of foamy head that had only moderate retention. Aromas of biscuit, wheat, some corn, and then some honey for good measure. Moutheel is crisp and very refreshing. Medium bodied, with a firm bite that passes in a slow wash of foam. Taste is now honey upfront, with the sweetness softened by salty biscuit (digestive/graham cracker). There is a faint hint of banana, like from a Weiss then subtle hint of bubblegum after this. A little unusual for the finish, but otherwise, this was a great winter beer, that doesn't have the usual heavy and dark profile.

Vanhas viljalaaris on haettu ajatusta ja siä tupruteltu tovin.. Näiltä tää maistuu! ..ja joku on jemmannu hevoosille tarkootettuja sokereita! Eli suomeksi: Maistuu tunkkaaselta sokerista tehdyltä vilja-aitalta ja oljenkorsilta sekä sokerilta.

Gutes Helles

Lasiin kaadettuna kristallin kirkkaan kullannkeltaista. Kohtalaisen reilu lumen valkea vaahto. Tuoksussa makeaa vehnää. Maussa makeaa vehnää, banaania ja yrttisyyttä, ehkä neilikkaa. Raikas ja helposti juotava kokonaisuus. Aavistus lisää täyteläisyyttä, niin päästäisiin jo lähelle nelosen arvostelua.
