St. Ives Brewery
Hayle, England

St.Ives Brewery was founded in 2010 and has steadily grown, experimented and learned a few lessons along the way. Boilers Golden Cornish Ale was our original session ale and remains as popular today as it was back then. Recently we have consolidated a decade of experience and launched a new core range - we hope you enjoy them! We believe in 'The Art of Brewing'; heavily-hopped IPA's, modern classics and an incredible view from our tap room! In 2015 we found our new home on Trenwith Burrows and set up our 10 brewers barrel plant along with gift shop and cafe above. With stunning views over St.Ives harbour and onwards to Godrevy Lighthouse, there could not be a more picturesque location to brew award winning beers.

Very malty, very nutty, sweet ale, a little heavy but pleasant flavour - nice to have in the est 1312 Sloop Inn pub!

Interesting, juicy hazy, tropical but with a notable herby side, so some bitterness, but a bit like chewing a nice sweet basil leaf

Definitely amber, a mix of nutty and sweet with a lingering tang. I’m pretty sure it’s named after St Ives’ heavily oaked Sloop Inn which dates from… c1312.

Not normally a big fan of stouts but this very good - smooth, dark with chocolate and coffee flavours.
