🇩🇪 Une Pils sans alcool (toute la gamme de cette brasserie est sans alcool), malt bien présent, un final amer, c'est sympa, ça se boit plutôt bien pour une sans alcool.

A fairly early start of the weekend. Suits me perfectly. Let me open this bright clear, deep copper beer and empty the bottle in the glass. The carbonation behaves appropriately, nothing breaks, nobody cries. The head is airy and clean white. Exceeds two fingers. Cluttered paintings decorate the glass afterwards. Still, a cute ring is sustained on the top, as well. The scent gives maltose, dark biscuit, blackcurrant twig, peach flavored ice tea and a twist of mandarin. Interesting, a tad confusing though. The tastebuds receive somewhat thinner flavors than what the fragrance would suggest. The malt is not sugary anymore but bitter, strongly bready and grassy. A bit harsh even. I can also spot distant black tea and a metallic tang. Well... if the olfactory sphere was confusing, this is much more straightforward but simultaneously also lackluster. The body is nothing but thin. No big deal as anybody can imagine. The end is bitter, metallic and grassy. Uninviting. Feels thin, slightly tangy, even modestly harsh, marginally tea-like and as if a bit unfinished. Not what I expected but not bad though.
