4.8% Bitter. Romney Marsh Brewery.

What a lively bitter. Has a dark rich colour but iddly has a hint of being a ruby ale though sold as a bitter. Brewed by the Romney Marsh brewery and made for the Pilot Inn at TN29 9NJ.

Has a suggestion of tropical fruits and caramel but taste is not fulsome and so malt flavour is minimal. Decent thirst quencher and palatable.

Little or no head when it pours. Not sure if that is due to it being out of a bottle. Good ruby ale colour but the flavour was minimal and a little bland. Surprising given Romney Marsh brewery normally produces a decent ale.
