Initial taste was overpowering and metallic. I get this with a lot of similar style stouts with adjuncts.
It’s mellowed and warmed slightly and it really quite delightful. Roast flavours are tempered, caramel and biscuit dominate. It’s rich and full bodied. Creamy and silky. The more it warms the better it gets.

Allthough my sense of smell is not entirely the best right now I can smell a pretty sweet synthetic strawberry, the taste is also quite synthetic tasting. I feel it's unfair to rate it low while I can't taste or smell as well as usual

Ice cold straight from the fridge. Tart cherries, bitter chocolate, nice medium fizz. Lovely stuff!
