Сухой горький эль. Смолисто-цитрусовый, немного лако-красочных мотивов. Пиво на любителя. Вроде авангарда или блэк метала. A dry, bitter ale. Resinous, citrusy, with a touch of paint and varnish. An acquired taste. Something like avant-garde or black metal.

Сухой мутный эль, цитрусы и мультитропик. Шикарно. Dry, hazy ale, citrus, and multi-tropical. Gorgeous.

Лёгкий пилз на паре американских хмелей, сухо, искристо, с фруктово-цветочной темой. Гуд. A light pilsner with a pair of American hops, dry and crisp, with a fruity and floral theme. Good.

Интересно. Новый хмель Eureca с ранее неоправдавшим ожидания Altus'ом, и стабильным Simcoe в CRYO версии. Аромат чистого солидола и солярки, изолентой чёрной пахнет! Уууух! Глотнём... Сухо-терпко, жёванная смола сосны врывается вполость рта, продолжает сушить. Начинает покалывать язык с эффектом размоченных сушёных апельсиновых корок. Послевкусие, в принципе, это чистое продолжение глотка - одна сплошная смола. Ну что ж, новый хмель, новый опыт. Сейчас очень однобоко, видимо, насыпали от души. Отбаллансируют. Хороший эль. Сухой, хвойно-цитрусовый, с нотками эвкалипта, усиливающего хвойность. Пиво с подскоком, второй глоток усилен послевкусием первого. Прикольно.
