Hauska yhdistelmä ja omaperäisen makuinen.

Puhdaspiirteinen kuiva(hko) siideri, jossa samalla mukavastikin runkoa, mutta toisaalta aika yksiulotteinen makuprofiili. Helposti juotava ja sopii moneen käyttöön. Tammisuus ei voimakkaasti nouse esiin. Puraisu vihreää omenaa pääfiiliksenä ja vihreän omenan hapokkuus myös suuhun jäävänä jälkimakuna.

Clear, champagne colored drink with sparkling carbonation releases an extremely quick head that settles down to a thin lace ring. Apple pie is certainly what I get in the scent. Apple slices and a good load of cinnamon. And burned sugar. I can even imagine a sweet bun dough in the background. Apple mash performs beautifully also on the tongue. However, the degree of sweetness has reduced a bit. Cinnamon is recognizable but less prominent now. So is the burned sugar. My imagination fails to enjoy any dough though. This is more like spiced apple mash than real apple pie but still enjoyable. Ends unchanged. Feels refreshing, autumnal rather than wintry, spiced, natural and moderately drying. Very nice in its own genre.
