Braybrooke Beer co is an exciting new lager brewery based on a farm in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. We are three friends who have backgrounds in food and drink who spotted a gap in the market for a British lager as versatile and thirst quenching as the ones we relish on our travels in Germany. As luck would have it we happen to be good friends with Stephan Michel owner of Mahrs Brau, Bamberg, a brewery founded in 1670 and one of the highest rated lager breweries in the world. Stephan agreed to become the resident brewing guru for Braybrooke Beer Co, overseeing every aspect of the brewing process making sure the final drop is as good as it possibly can be. Using top quality equipment, the best ingredients, a classic Franconian recipe and proper slow lagering, we have fine-tuned every step to create Braybrooke keller lager. We are very happy with the result and hope you will be too!
