Just downed a Robin Hood, so now trying his 'better' half. If you were judging beer solely on its looks, you'd give this a wide berth. Looks like summat you'd be taking down the clinic if you'd got a urine infection. The addition of oranges in this beer gives it a sharp and zesty taste. Quite bitter and dry in the aftertaste, I'm struggling to decide if this tops the Robin Hood I had earlier? Not much of a contest, to be honest, but the hooded one wins.

Very flavoursome beer. Malty, hoppy, quite bitter with dark roast flavours. It's also quite a dry finish

A lovely full flavoured ale. Full of hop and citrus notes with a dry finish.

Quite fresh for a dark ale. Subtle coffee and toffee notes. Not my normal choice but quite nice.
