Sweet raspberry flavor with a little tartness, pretty nice

Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #23 Bottled on 2-5-2018 Coffee and chocolate hit first, followed by bourbon in the aroma. Taste has chocolate first, followed by coffee, bourbon and oak in the aftertaste. Age has treated this one well. The body is full with an appropriately low amount of carbonation. This is a KBS from back when it was sought after and hard to find. The quality really went down after it became a year-round offering. It's great to see these older ones are still hanging on. 4.5/5
