Trübes fahles Gelb, der Schaum ist klebrig aber wenig haltbar. Die Nase ist herb citral und dezent tropisch. Der Antrunk ist ebenfalls herb citral, schnell wird es saftig mit einer tollen Mango und Maracuja Note. Dazu eine fruchtige Säure die gut passt plus ein Schuss Milch. Etwas Hefe rundet ab, die Prozente sind nicht spürbar, passt.
