Our approach as a brewery is to focus on our many levels of love for the hop-forward beers we’ve all developed as a common passion. We are not the brewery that makes every style of beer available. Instead, choosing to focus on the execution of products that intimately connect us with our beer community. Citra & Mosaic keitelty ja Galaxy & Nelson Sauvin kuivahumaloitu New England Double India Pale Ale
Moninainen ensipuraisu. Kiiwiä, vaalearypälettä, sitruskuorisuutta, pitayaa, paljon tavaraa siis. Mukavan muka valkoviinimäinen se on. Keksisyyttä, hento pieni kerma. Mukava, mainio.
Runko on kermainen ja tuhti. DDH on kieltä rapsutteleva, mutta ei lain polttava. Mieluisan kestoisa ja kehittyvät siemaukset tässä.

Vihdoinkin tämäkin yksilö omaan testiin 🙂 Omaan tolkkuun hyvinkin 2020 tyylinen, odotustenkaltainen kokonaisuus. Mukavaa.

Citra & Peacharine humaloitu New England Double India Pale Ale
Ensipuraisu on jom-jom-tasoinen. Hieno purupinta maltaista tässä. Sitruunankuori, vehreän kuivayrttisyys ja kermaisuus on päällänsä. Kaura-Vehnäkeksinen ja mehukas. Saa helpostikin hamuamaan seuraavaa siemausta.
Runko on medium tasoinen, tiheän pehmeän pienikuplainen, puolikermainen, hyvin kantava ja kestävä.

Jenkkimehkaa. Kasvaa lasin edetessä upeasti.

SIPA’s are not really doing it for me lately even though it’s a Fidens 🇺🇸
At the lower ABV I’m still a lager/Pils drinker at heart 😂

Aroma: Very fruity! Pineapple, mango, slight coconutty.
Taste: Very fruity, but still beer. Pineapple, mango, nectarine, mixed citrus. Pine, bitterness.

Taste: Lovely! Bright citrus, peach, mango, passion fruit, a slightly spicy bite. Slightly earthy & dank.
