Un nez caféiné, en bouche on retrouve ces notes de café, avec une petite touche chocolatée, le final est assez sec, avec une jolie petite amertume, un excellent Stout de la non moins excellente brasserie Basqueland.

Le nez est assez classique, caramélisé. En bouche on s'attend à plus de présence alcoolique vu le degré (17,5%), mais au final on est plutôt sur la rondeur, généreuse quand même ! L'amertume finale vient durcir un peu le tableau.
