Au nez ça sent les fruits blancs mais c’est plutôt subtil?
En bouche je sens pas les habituels houblons néo-zélandais comme le nelson sauvin. C’est plus subtil, plus rond. L’amertume de fin est plutôt sur le profil de l’orange.
Sa texture est bien hazy et juteuse.
On tire sur une fin sucrée, un peu attendue avec une double nz ipa

On est clairement sur un bonbon multifruits façon Arlequin (🍻 Giraf), avec un citron acide et une fraise en fin de bouche qui adoucit le tout. Carbonation fine et efficace. Final sec. Pas de sensation sucré - 09.12.25 #CDA #VandB
