An excellent imperial stout but it tastes nothing like a Stroopwafel. It has a nice malt and vanilla profile but lacks the caramel of a genuine Stroopwafel. 🥲

Tasty but not one of my favourite hops and it’s all through this ale. If you like Simcoe this must be a real hit.

A decent drink with a nice creamy mouthfeel, floral hoppy aroma, and hoppy taste with a nice citrusy twist mixed in. There is a subtle sweetness to finish, but it is enjoyable. It is a smooth and easy-drinking session ale.
