Cerealy smell. The taste is malty with nice cereal notes. We have a little bitterness and crispness. Very drinkable and light beer. Perfect for a hot day!

Poured it and barely had a head. Didn’t present well. Was thinking I was going to be disappointed. But then I tasted it - Wow. This is decadent. This has some really rich milk chocolate, very light dark chocolate with a high end coffee/espresso taste. Has hints of caramel and vanilla. Dark roasted malt has a little dryness to it. It’s sweet but has a quite bitter finish. This is an excellent dessert beer. It’s also very drinkable. Scary at 10%. Best by 12/5/25.
