Redemption Brewing Co
England

Tottenham is now famous for two things. As well as the local football club, there’s a host of breweries - but Redemption was the first. Founder Andy Moffat left his job in The City to found the cask ale-focused brewery during what he admits may have been a bit of a midlife crisis. His progress since suggests midlife crises have got a bit of an undeserved bad name. Look out for Trinity, a golden ale with an impressive punch that belies its session-level strength.

A decent drink with a nice, almost coffee aroma mixed with a subtle maltiness. It has a malty taste with a nice, subtle caramel-like sweetness to it. There are slight fruit notes leading to a subtle bitterness to finish. An enjoyable drink and a good session ale that's very quaffable. Smooth and easy-drinking.

Chestnut in colour, caramel malt & fruity hop flavours with a slightly dry, bitter end.

Fruity & slightly citrus English hops also bring a decent dose of bitterness to this Golden ale
