Tirril Brewery started brewing in 1999 near the shores of Lake Ullswater. This family owned independent brewery now brews in a 200 year old sandstone barn nestled under the Pennines near the ancient county town of Appleby-in-Westmorland.

This is a really light & fresh ale that’s soft on the hops & is nice, refreshing & wins by not being an overpowering ale.

Superb…not the strongest of beers but very sessionable..very nice smooth, slightly fruity but lovely pint

Amber coloured session beer. Toffee aroma and flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Nice session beer.

Pale golden coloured, easy drinking, session beer. Citrus and fruity aromas. Malty flavour with a subtle bitterness in the finish. Average session beer.

Pours amber coloured with a creamy white head. Caramel and malt aromas. Malt flavour with hints of toffee. Bitter aftertaste. Tasty, enjoyable Bitter.
