Pieni marjaisuus, hieman hapan, mutta peruslageria

Lasiinkaatuu oranssin punaista olutta. Noin puolentoista sormenpaksuisella tiiviillä mutta nopealla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa viinimarja mehua, maltaisuutta,leipäisyyttä ja jotain humalan tuomaa mistä en saa oikein kiinni. Maunpuolelta makeampaa maltaisuutta ja lager pohjaa. Joka sekottuu kevyen happamaan mustaviinimarja mehuun. Kevyeksi maut kyllä jää Tuota nelssonia en maussa selkeästi huomaa mutta hieman se ryhtiä tuo tähän Suutuntuma eloisa ja kevyt helposti juotavaa. Mukavan raikas. Hapan marja-olut,terassilla vois maistua paremmin.

Seven days ago a heavy snowfall, today spring. 🪻🌱🍻  The Finnish seasons change abruptly. The direction is welcome anyway. The pour shows a raspberry blush color and a transparent visibility. The carbonation is relatively brave as an off-white froth swells five fingers thick. The retention is, nevertheless, short-lived, soon the top is curiously flat still. A powerful berry vibe can't be missed in the scent. Blackcurrant is certainly there, followed by purple grape and wheat malt. A nice summery twist! The tongue receives astonishingly ample blackcurrant juice, a good load of green blackcurrant leaves, a distinct sour sidekick as if lemon zest, and wheat malt, of course. Interestingly, however, there's no wheat malt in this beer. The body is light. Goes beautifully with the idea of a berry flavored beer. The tail lifts grassy flavors upward, that's where the Nelson's hoppy slam can be spotted. Otherwise, a very berry-rich gulper is what I have here. I do what I want, you ain't gotta try it; make the beer I want, you ain't gotta buy it; I know ya'll want, want me to keep quiet; I'm just telling you the truth, the motherf****r aftertaste's so biased. The mouthfeel is light, berry-rich, summery, gardeny, juicy and effervescent. It's also drying but not much though. A nice uncommon Lager, glad I tried.
