Ascension Day. And a beer. Looks cloudy, pale yellow. The carbonation is a tad spritzy and manages to kick out a two-finger fluffy head. The foamy crown is retained for quite a long time as an impressive billowy lace ring and haze. The scent doesn't offer much. If anything. It's really oppressed. Maybe a suggestion of wheat malt is what I can legitimately say that I spot there. But that's it. 💬 Okay, I revert to the fragrance later when the head is more or less history. Now the scent gives a cocktail of wheat malt and lemon pulp. The taste, fortunately, serves several nuances: relatively powerful lemon zest, wheat malt, faint coriander seed and an unbeatable salty twist. Relatively basic but beautifully style compatible. Nothing extra here. The body is light. At least. The finish offers the same few components as what I pick first on the tongue. Freedom for few when you sip the aftertaste; money reigns, justice falls, burn the world; salt the earth; we all pay greed's mighty toll. The mouthfeel is superzesty, refreshing, summery, smooth and even marginally herbal. The salt tingles timidly on the tastebuds, giving a mineral feeling. Clean and balanced. Good stuff!

Kerrassaan mahtava! Raikas, todella sitruksinen, sopivan goselaarinen.

Yllätti suolaisuudellaan, mutta on kyllä hyvä. Jotenkin todella pehmeä ja täyteläinen suutuntuma.

"Aika suolaa haavat." HIMO-tastingin kolomas. Vaalea ja utuinen olut nopeahkolla vaahdolla. Korianteri tuoksuu, suolaisuuskin tulee tuoksussa esiin. Suolaisuus löytyy heti alussa ja jatkuu loppuun asti. Korianteri hyvin mukana ja sitruuna ei tule liikaa silmille. Toimii hyvin, suolaisuudesta iso plussa.
